Our laboratory, meeting the demands of the modern era, was certified by the international quality system ISO 9001:2015 2015 by Tüv Hellas and operates according to its required specifications.

The main objective of the laboratory is the reliability and accuracy of the laboratory results, as well as the provision of a high quality service.

The daily monitoring of the reliability of the results is achieved by the combination of the following parameters:

• Checking the pre-analytical factors
• Strict intra-laboratory testing by using standard serums of recognized houses
• External Quality Control: Results: Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Hormones and Cancer Markers
• Continuous inspection and maintenance of instruments and appliances, according to the instructions of the manufacturer
• Repeated sample testing when necessary
• Selection of materials and reagents based solely on the criterion of their quality
• Use of barcode and communication of the analysts with the servers
